Founded in 1784, the first seminary in the country, New Brunswick Theological Seminary is a teaching institution of the Reformed Church in America, called by God to be a servant of the whole church of Jesus Christ. Christian Herald offers this Center for religious purposes to churches and groups of all denominations. Exceptionally delicious country-style meals are prepared by an experienced, dedicated staff and served in our large, bright dining room. The Diebold Chapel, with superb acoustics and a magnificent view of the surroundings, is ready to serve as your spiritual headquarters. Our beautiful large gymnasium features table tennis, volleyball, basketball and other "indoor sports." Outdoors, there's sledding, an athletic field, basketball and volleyball. Skiing at nearby Shawnee, Camelback and Fernwood can be arranged as well as horseback riding and visits to Bushkill Falls. All cabins are fully heated and feature hot water and showers. Most beds are of the rustic double-deck bunk style.

Since 1799, the Foundation has been serving the Church and its mission. While many "foundations" are grant-making organizations, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation is not. The Foundation receives and administers gifts from individuals, as well as manages funds for Presbyterian churches and organizations. All gifts are invested and proceeds distributed solely and specifically according to the instructions of the donors. This is both our legal responsibility and our fiduciary duty, and thus the Foundation is not free to fulfill requests for grants from individuals or organizations.
